Terms and conditions

1. Delivery -

1.1.Packages are sent by a registered mail service "Česká pošta" (Czech Post) with insurance. The buyer must make sure to fill out all delivery information correctly. In the event that a package is returned back to us as a result of wrong postage information provided by the buyer or buyer not collecting the package in time from their local post, we will not refund any money for postage.

1.2.Upon receiving payment, all products are sent within 2 working days. Every product we send is insured before posting ensuring that in the unlikely event a package is lost, the buyer will receive a full refund.


2.1.Currently, the only payment method that is accepted is PayPal.

3.Cancelling an order

3.1. The buyer may cancel their order at any time with no extra charges however only before the product has been dispatched. After that, cancellation will no longer be possible, but our returns and refund process can still take place.

4.Refund policy

4.1.Any product may be sent back within 14 days after a successful delivery. Products that are sent back must NOT be used or damaged and must be in ORIGINAL packaging. We will then inspect the returned product. After a successful inspection, refund will be made back to the account used for the initial purchase (Excluding postage) within 5 working days. Any damage to the product will either not be accepted or deducted from the refund.

4.2. The buyer is required to pay for the postage if they wish to return their purchased product. The buyer is fully liable for the product up until it is received by us. If the buyer does not insure the product they wish to return and it gets lost during postage, we will not take any responsibility and refund will not take place.

4.3. Every refund and return will be dealt with individually and will be processed through support@vevelin.com.
